Moscow State University

I briefly visited the Moscow State University after going to the nearby Bolshoi Circus during my Russia trip. Lomonosov Moscow State University, previously known as Lomonosov University or MSU, is the oldest and largest university in Russia, and also claims to have the tallest educational building in the world. The university is also commonly regarded as one of Russia's most prestigious universities.

Only students are able to enter the university so I managed to only circle the campus and view the exterior, which is quite big by the way. Apparently the interior of the university is quite beautiful. Below are some of the pictures that I've taken.

Main entrance of Moscow State University

Tower and statue to the right of the main entrance

Tower and statue to the left of the main entrance

The university and the 2 towers at one of the back gates

Close-up picture of the main clock tower. Seems like a school crest
