Off-Peak Car (OPC) Scheme Changes to start from 25 Jan

Seems like the government has finally put a date to the changes to the OPC scheme. From 25 Jan onwards, all the changes to the OPC scheme that were announced last year will be in effect. For more details, refer to my previous blog post here.
