Do not Worry. Think instead.

I quote from Harold B. Walker:

When you worry, you go over the same ground endlessly and come out the same place you started. Thinking, on the other hand, makes progress from one place to another. ... The problem of life is to change worry into thinking, and anxiety into creative action.

The key distinction between worrying and thinking is something that this quote describes beautifully. Worry does not get you anywhere, but thinking may.

Think about the solutions to the problems you're facing and not worry about it as there will be no outcome after all the worrying.
