Maybe the preoccupation with technological progress has overshadowed our concern with human progress.
Coming from a person in the technology line, I can vouch that technological progress is not even correlated with human progress. We as humans, the way we behave, are all based on our individual choices. Do not blame the external factors or the environment around you. It's your choice. It has always been.
