I was reading about some special gift bag for babies born next year, to celebrate 50 years of independence. But seriously, what's the big hoo ha over this gift bag?
In places such as Finland, every newborn has a maternity package consisting of 30 items, including a mini baby crib! In order to qualify for it, you have to show proof that you have taken the necessary care of your baby (e.g. checkup). It also seems to me that the Finland's maternity package changes every year.
