Bosses take note: Short naps increase productivity

Finally someone has proven that short naps during the day does improve your memory performance. According to the Journal of Sleep Research back in 2007, the results of their studies indicate that ultra short period of sleep is sufficient enough to enhance memory processing. Personally to me, improvement of my memory equates to increase productivity.

You can refer to the article here for more information. Bosses please take note. When someone is napping, the person might be hard at work trying to find a solution to the problem. :)
